Decision-making authority, organisational connections, cover arrangements and escalation. A role on an org chart must mean a specific responsibility.

Indicators must make clear what decisions are based on. For risks, we define priorities, actions and responsible people.

Project management and change

Scope, dependencies, deadlines and progress checks. Every process change needs an owner and must be reflected in both practice and documentation.

Quality in daily operations

A COMPLAINT ISN’T JUST A KPI NUMBER.
IT TELLS YOU
WHERE THE SYSTEM FAILED.

A complaint needs to be dealt with now, while preventing it from happening again. From segregating nonconforming parts and analysing the cause to verifying that actions are effective.

I handle complaint records and management, defect analysis, quality KPIs, corrective actions and action plans. Every action has an owner, a deadline and a way to verify its effectiveness.

“We retrained the employee” is not a universal corrective action.
