Process audit
I follow the process from input to output: decisions, handovers, checkpoints, risks and the points where problems are passed on instead of solved.
Supplier audit
I examine how a supplier manages quality and meets agreed requirements. The scope is based on the product supplied, the risks and the customer’s requirements.
Preparation for an external audit
We assess readiness for a customer or certification audit. We identify gaps, assign actions and set realistic deadlines. Preparation does not guarantee a certification body’s decision.
