I’m Lenka Slavíková.
Auditor, consultant, project manager and external quality manager.
I work with manufacturing, engineering and service businesses. I look at the gap between what you have written down and what people actually do.
I quickly understand how a business works, identify weak points and work with the people responsible for its processes to put concrete changes in place.
I’m not tied to one location. I can visit your business or meet you elsewhere by arrangement. What matters is being where the work actually happens.
At first glance, I’m not your typical auditor.
I see that as an advantage.
I know the standards. I can work a checklist.
